Nicholas Braun
Nick started into the business after graduating from Thompson Rivers University with a BBA in 2016. What first started as a temporary job to pay the bills, turned into a passion of personal development that drove Nick to the management level. In late 2017, Nick launched Gusto Promotions with the vision of financial freedom and an opportunity to pass the torch to the next wave of business owners. Nick’s journey didn’t come without struggle as he rode the ups and downs through the first two years of business, before really finding his stride in 2020. His favourite part of the business is seeing someone’s journey from the person he interviews to the leader they become. In 2021, Nick promoted his first owner and has plans for many more.
Arsalan Mahmood
Arsalan came to Canada in 2011 as an international student in the School of Business at Brock University, and he graduated with honors in Business Administration. He began looking for employment after graduation, and joined the business in December, 2015, in Richmond Hill Ontario. Arsalan completed the Management Training Program in August, 2016. He left with his team to launch off Regina, SK. After spending a few weeks in Regina, his journey lead him further west, to Calgary, Alberta. In 2017, Wild West Roadshows was born. 2017/2018 were obstacle filled years, but made him stronger as a leader, as a mentor and as a businessman.
Since 2019, Arsalan has expanded the organization into Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario, and oversees over 20 marketing firms in the United West organization.

Sadman Sakif is a dynamic professional with a passion for sales and marketing. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University in 2022, Sadman embarked on a journey to carve out a successful career in the industry. The early months were challenging, but Sadman’s perseverance and determination soon paid off. Recognizing the need for new opportunities and growth, Sadman made a bold decision to relocate to Calgary, a move that would prove instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. With a keen eye for market trends and a knack for building meaningful relationships, Sadman thrives in the fast-paced world of sales and marketing. His strategic approach and innovative thinking have consistently driven results, earning him recognition as a rising star in the field. Dylan Schaeffer
Dylan Schaeffer embarked on his sales journey right after graduating from Canyon Meadows High School. At the young age of 18, he dove headfirst into the world of sales, choosing a path that would shape his professional trajectory. His decision to start his career in sales immediately after high school reflects his determination and eagerness to learn. Over the course of seven years, Dylan honed his skills through various sales roles, excelling particularly in the challenging domain of door-to-door sales. Now, at 25, he stands as a testament to the rewards of early career dedication. Managing a team in Calgary, Dylan draws upon his rich experience and the foundation laid during his high school days to navigate the complexities of sales management with both resilience and expertise.
