Meet Shawna Degroot, UW Calgary’ Training Manager. She is in charge of anticipating promotional events on behalf of our clients as well as training new workers.
Shawna began her work in July 2021, and she has a bright future ahead of her.

What sets her apart is that she goes above and beyond to guarantee that our client’s goals are realized. She also spends significant time with her team to ensure that their objectives are addressed as well.
Her upbeat attitude and positive outlook are contagious. She promotes and spreads positivity everywhere she goes!
Our charity division has been taken over by Shawna. She recently reached out to the CEO of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada to learn more about current and continuing research, and she was personally thanked in a Christmas letter.
It’s is clear that Shawna has genuine care and love for UW Calgary, and we absolutely love the integrity with which she works.
